TERMS OF SERVICE

The ground rules for using Raabta.

Last updated 26 October 2026. By creating an account or using a Raabta workspace you agree to these terms.

The service

Raabta provides a workspace where a business can connect messaging channels, let an AI assistant answer its customers, book meetings, and review the conversations. Features available to a workspace can differ and may change over time.

Accounts

Accounts are created for a business by Raabta. Keep your sign-in details private, change the temporary password you are given, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you add to your workspace.

Your content and customers

You own the content you add and the conversations your customers have with your business. You give Raabta permission to process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to message your customers, for following the rules of each channel you connect (including WhatsApp's business and messaging policies), and for telling your customers that an AI assistant may reply.

Connected accounts

When you connect an account such as Google Calendar or WhatsApp, you confirm you are allowed to do so. You can disconnect it at any time. How Google data is used is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Raabta to send spam or unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages, to collect information you have no right to, to try to access another workspace's data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.

AI replies

The assistant can make mistakes. Review its work, set clear instructions and escalation rules, and do not rely on it alone for medical, legal or other critical decisions.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Raabta available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, Raabta is provided as is and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or sales.

Ending your use

You may stop using Raabta at any time and ask us to delete your workspace data. We may end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on liability, will continue.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. To reach us, use the contact form.
